DISTRICT 5840 – ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE

To: Local San Antonio Rotary Clubs

The San Antonio North Central Rotary Club will be hosting the 2011 Rotary Youth Exchange Students for District 5840 on the weekend of April 15-17 and need your help.

We have about 11 students and are looking for club sponsors to financially assist North Central Rotary Club for the planned activities during the weekend. This is not a District funded program so your help is greatly appreciated. We are looking at $100 per student for the entire weekend.

Tentative Itinerary:

Friday

Dinner at Little Italy (pizza party) for fellowship with youth exchange students and Rotarians; host families will pick up students

Saturday

Option 1: morning/afternoon at King William Fair and evening with host family

Option 2: morning/afternoon with host family and evening at FIESTA parade

Sunday

Morning with host family and drop off location TBD

Please consider becoming a sponsor and support our Rotary Youth Exchange Program.

If you are interested in being a host family or would like to attend the planned activities during the weekend, feel free to let me know.
